Wraps

It is just 80° with a slight breeze this morning so I decided to create a treat. I have never baked these before but have the 'special' thimbleberry jam that my granddaughter sent to me as a gift and the idea of a sweet treat this morning was made into reality. I used one of the prepared Pillsbury rolled up pie crusts. I laid it on wax paper and just cut it into 8 triangles, spread two teaspoons of jam on four and laid the other four triangles on top. Then I pressed all the edges together and rolled each, starting from the large end. They were placed on a cookie sheet that I covered with parchment paper and baked at 350° for about 30 minutes. No recipe was used, just my own idea. I'm sure they will be tasty. They smell really good! Have you ever done anything like this?

WELL! The tester (my daughter) stopped in with my medicine, spotted them on the plate, took one and said it was DE—LICIOUS! WHEW! Now that's a wrap!!!
