Today I baked the banana bread and it came out PERFECT! We like it much better than the cherry almond bread from yesterday. It is much more moist and tender.

I have an excellent recipe for this. See below. (I use salted butter. and VERY ripe bananas. I also use my hand mixer and hand stir in the flour at the end.)
I'll take banana bread over cranberry anything.
