Project Complete

Now waiting for the $ to roll in!

Just kidding....I like making these and the latest batch will be sent to WV! My friend there will sell them for me - she says...

I've laminated 3 copies of my promo.
Each card with envelope is encased in a clear protection sleeve.

There were 150 and I've already sold 12 so 138 are being shipped next week. Wonder how long it will take to have them gone?

And in case you were wondering, there will be a nice profit after all are sold.

THE END - of Note Card Creations

I've decided to move on to other creative projects. These last ones were a "have-to" because I had already printed out all of my photographs for just this purpose.  I have scanned 137 and photographed the 45 that I made when in South Carolina because I had no scanner. Yes, 182 is a nice number and I'm sticking with it! That is the total of all I have made since 2010. They are all gone except for the last 32.

Here are scans of the last 10 - All 32 that I made in the past three days will be sold in March when I head to SC again and then I will have only memories.

Note Cards - More

Scissors and scraps everywhere! I make these on my dining table and then have to clear it up for lunch. After a nap, I start again bringing all of the elements back to the table. It's the only way. It works! Oops! Dinnertime! Here I go again!

Today is a "Nature Series" and I have 10 more flowers to mount. Then my project will be completed.

Note Cards

Today I started to finish a project that I had begun back in March. I had prints already made and card stock on hand with the glue, tape and ruler, along with fancy scissors, but no desire to finish until today - of all days! I have a turkey carcass to cook down for soup! Well that will wait. It sits outdoors in a porch chair, frozen.

I have 20 more to create, and made 12 today. Here is a peek at the 12.

The trim on these three is holographic but the scanner doesn't see it that way.

The trim on this decoration is GOLD, but the scanner sees it as black!

I should be making Christmas cards at this time of year, but it seems that I don't do the "shoulds" very well.

Run Down - Stopped

Well it was a rainy day and there are no flowers in full bloom -  so I created more note cards.  Did I EVER say that before?

Well, I did make more cards and now will be quitting that project for a long time. All 46 are sold.

Winding Down

Well it was a beautiful day but there are not many flowers in full bloom - yet, so I created more note cards. So far I’ve made 41 and sold 39. The two not sold are the ones I just made this afternoon. The Mister watched Sprint Cup races and I made cards. I have more creative juices running in the morning, though, and almost never feel like digging out all the supplies and starting in the afternoon.

Time here is winding down and we’ll return for a month, and then come back! Yes, for two more months before the southern summer heat and humidity set in for the tourist season! It is not a peaceful nor a quiet place at all then. Vacating these premises is very necessary for a quieter time in the place we call “Tranquillity.”
So...here are the last six I made.

There is something for everyone and I would like to make some very whimsical ones...when I figure out what I mean I'll let you know.

Note Cards Continuation Part 3

Finished - for now. I have burned out my desire to make note cards. I still have 9 more to make and they are all of the beach umbrellas and beach scenery. They will wait. I wanted to get the flowers mounted. The tally stands at 35. OK. Now what? Well the weather is ‘supposed’ to turn nicer over the weekend and I need to get out. My mind is full of cobwebs that need to be blown away.

Maybe the Mister will be able to grill outdoors and I’m sure looking forward to it. Friends who have been in Florida for a while are stopping in to camp here on their way back to Pennsylvania. Well they may have to stay a while. The weather channel shows more potential for significant snow midweek. WHAT? Will it never end?

Spring! Spring! Where are you?
