Coming Back - YEA!!!!!

We love this BBQ chicken which is cooked by a local mobil setup in a nearby empty business parking lot less than 4 miles from home. They will be opening again this coming Saturday after a well-deserved winter's rest. I was so happy to read this!  They are BBQ cooking both Saturdays and Sundays. The Mister says there is always quite a lineup for dinners and even pork BBQ but just two chicken halves are all we manage. We each pick through an entire half with enough left over for chicken salad sandwiches to have at a later time.

Can't you salivate by just looking?
