I just baked crescent rolls stuffed with my homemade peach freezer jam. They are very tasty and  simple. I must say that parchment baking paper is my very best friend today. Not a thing stuck!

It was messy preparation as I just slathered a dollop on the "V" shaped dough and bunched it up. It wouldn't be rolled as it was slipping and sliding too much. (Just so you know if you try it!)
