A Labor of Love

No process to show this year, just the beginning and the end of our annual project. Results are absolutely worth the work.  Amazing taste and texture prevail and I'd share if you were here.

Now the refrigerator has room for more, and a trip is planned to visit the orchard to replenish the supply here. (Plus more cider. It freezes well.)
