Last year on April 28, we took a ride to take springtime photos and I found these fences. The stone one is a continuous downhill serpentine, wrapping around the eight trees.

love the last one for its simple, rural feel, but that wrapping fence is neat, too!
ReplyDeletethanks for linking in! :)
HI I never saw a stone fence wrapped around trees like that before. pretty neat.
ReplyDeleteOh I love the stone fences!
ReplyDeleteThose daffodils would catch my eye, too! I really love the stone fences - they're so pretty in that pattern. Around here, they're usually a little more rough (rustic)
ReplyDeleteWell, the stone fence is most unusual!..
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit....Janey
The stone wall or fence is neat! And I love the daffie fence shot. Enjoy your day and have a happy weekend ahead!
ReplyDeleteMy word you've certainly found an interesting fence around the trees! Very unusual. Always beautiful to see the daffs too :D) Thanks for your visit
ReplyDeleteSuch an amazing stone wall. Very relaxing to follow its S curve down.

ReplyDeleteSending you Lots of Love and Hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*
The circular stone fences are beautiful for sure, but that simple country fence lined with daffodils is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteLove the daffodils along the fence line and that stone fence is awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteOoooo, love it, love it, love it! I'm definitely a stone fence lover so this knocked me out. What a great place to just sit and take all the nature in, don't you think? It would be hard for me to move on for sure.
ReplyDeleteI went back through the posts I missed this last week, and I have to tell you, other that wanting to reach through this monitor and steal the pie, the flower work you did is fabulous. The original photos are great, but I'm talking about what you did with those photos. I'd blow them up, mat and frame them in an instant. The artwork that it makes is something to look at over an over again. Mesmerizing!
PS/ You were sooooo dear to leave those "thinking about you" messages to me. Really meant an awful lot to me. You are just a sweetheart!
xoxoxo
Those are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThe stone fence is intriguing but the old wood posts are a thing of beauty. Someone planted daffodils there so they saw it too.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a serpentine fence! Well, I've seen walls that curve back and forth, designed by Thomas Jefferson, but not like this.
ReplyDeleteThat is quite an amazing stone fence! Somebody had quite an artistic eye! The daffodils along the fence are really charming. Hope you have a good weekend! xo karen
ReplyDeleteVery cool, very beautiful!! I always enjoy these rural views!!
ReplyDeleteLucky you to have seen all those blooming daffodils!
