Key Lime Pie
5 egg yolks, beaten
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice (I squeezed my own.)
1 drop green food coloring (I didn’t use.)
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together egg yolks and condensed milk. Stir in lime juice and food coloring. Poor into prepared pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F Garnish with whipped cream if desired. (I garnish when serving)

My granddaughter, the mommy to be, is waiting for her baby girl to arrive any day. The little man is my great grandson, her nephew. Sweet photo!
I do like sweet/sour flavors though I have to be honest and say lime is not one of my favorite flavors. I'll bet you are a terrific baker though. Right now I could dig some ricotta pie. I'm putting the coffee on.
